Brian D. Young BS, NREMT-P
Operations Division Chief
Brian has been serving the Emergency Services
Community since 1989. He has served as a
Firefighter, Paramedic, Law Enforcement Officer,
Coroner Investigator and Safety Manager. He holds a
Bachelor's of Science Degree in Criminal Justice
Administration from the University of Phoenix and is
an accredited AHA BLS & ACLS instructor as well as
an EMS Instructor and EMD Dispatcher through the
National Academies of Emergency Dispatching.
Brian is also a P.O.S.T. Certified SAR Tracker and
NASAR SAR Tech III.

Janell D. Young, NREMT-P

Janell began her career in Aviation as a flight
attendant in 2000. Shortly thereafter, she attended
Metropolitan Community College in Kansas City, MO.
earning an Associates Degree in Paramedicine. She
Moved to Las Vegas, NV and worked in an extremely
fast paced an agressive EMS system. Janell now
oversees the day -to- day operations at SRSI, having
turned this small fledgling company into a stand alone
major player in the Incident Management & Training
Industry.
